Do you supply the furniture or do I buy it?
For short-stay properties we source and supply the furniture and homewares for you to keep, within an agreed budget. You own everything at the end, so the styling stays with the property.
Can you refresh an existing Airbnb listing?
Yes. We often work with hosts whose listings feel dated or under-perform. We’ll work with what can stay, replace what can’t and re-style the property for new photography.
Do you organise listing photography?
We style the property ready for photography and can coordinate timing with your photographer. Let us know if you’d like a recommendation.
How long does a short-stay fit-out take?
