What’s the difference between home staging and property styling?
In Australia the two terms are used almost interchangeably. Both mean furnishing and dressing a home for sale so it photographs and presents at its best. We use “property styling” for the full service, from vacant homes to partial styling of occupied homes.
Do I need to move out for my home to be styled?
No. For occupied homes we work with your existing furniture, edit and rearrange, and bring in pieces such as art, cushions, throws, rugs and lamps to lift each room. We’ll suggest what to pack away before photography.
How long does the styling stay in the property?
Styling stays for the length of your sale campaign. The hire period is set out in your quote, and extensions are available if your campaign runs longer than planned.
How much does home staging cost in Sydney?
It depends on the size of the home, how many rooms are styled, whether it is vacant or occupied, and the hire period. After a walkthrough we send a clear, itemised quote.
